Privacy Notice

The short version: your face is measured on your own device and the photograph is never sent to us; your palm photograph is analysed on our server and discarded; your birth details and your conversation with the AI Guruji are stored so that your link keeps working. We collect no phone number, no postal address, and no card details.
Everything Guruji says is generated by artificial intelligence (AI). "Guruji" is not a person. The face reading, the palm reading, the kundli overview and every chat answer are produced by software — computer-vision measurement, a Swiss-Ephemeris astronomical calculation, and a large language model that writes the words. Readings are offered as cultural tradition for insight and reflection, not as prediction, diagnosis, or medical, financial, legal or relational advice.
What we collect, and why
- Facial measurements. Landmark detection runs inside your browser; the photograph is read into memory, measured and discarded. Only numerical proportions reach us — numbers describing the shape of a face, not a face.
- Your palm photograph — processed, not kept. To trace the lines, the photograph of your right palm is sent to our server, analysed in memory, and discarded. We store only the result: which lines were found, their length and shape as coordinates, and the reading written from them. The image itself is not saved.
- Birth details. Your name, gender, birth date, birth time and birth city, and the chart computed from them. Needed to cast the kundli and to keep the AI's answers consistent across your conversation.
- Your conversation. Your questions and Guruji's answers are stored under your private link so the conversation continues where you left it. They are sent, together with your readings, to our AI language-model provider (Anthropic) to generate each answer; that provider does not use them to train its models under our agreement.
- An anonymous identifier. A random string your browser generates. It is how your readings come back to you. It is not linked to a phone number or an account.
- Payment records. If you buy the pass, Razorpay Software Private Limited processes the transaction. We receive a payment reference and the fact that it succeeded; we never see your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Your full face photograph — never uploaded, never stored.
- Your phone number or postal address — never asked for.
- Your complexion or skin tone — excluded from every measurement, deliberately.
- Any special category of personal data. Guruji is designed to refuse health questions.
Advertising and analytics
TrueGuruji pages currently carry no advertising pixel. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Write to success@FaceShastra.com with the subject "Privacy"; erasure removes your readings, chart and conversation together. Please do not upload a photograph of someone who has not agreed to it.
