The Guruji pass is a digital service — online access to AI-generated readings and answers — that begins the instant payment succeeds. Because it cannot be returned once opened, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

No-refund policy

Before you pay, you have already received your face reading, your palm reading, your kundli overview and a free question, and you see the exact price (₹2,100) and exactly what the pass contains (10 questions a day for 90 days). Please decide using the free portion. Once payment succeeds the pass is active immediately and the purchase cannot be reversed.

The two exceptions — always refunded

These are not "refund requests"; they are our mistakes, made good without argument:

1. You paid and no pass activated. Write to success@FaceShastra.com with the approximate time of payment — we will either activate your pass or return the full amount, whichever you prefer.
2. You were charged twice for the same pass. The duplicate charge is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds under these exceptions are issued through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

The pass is a single purchase — there is no subscription, no recurring charge and therefore nothing to cancel. You will never be charged a second time automatically.

Delivery

This is an online digital service. The pass activates on screen immediately after successful payment. Nothing is physically shipped.
